The Willow & Zac team brings a unique combination of skills and experience in fashion, retail, design, production, administration, customer service and business. Our designer Jo Wilson combines a passion for design and fashion with a degree in public relations and over 20 years experience as a women's wear buyer and retailer; Operations Director Trudy Smith brings a background in fashion design, pattern making and production; while the business side of things is managed by Sharyn Pavey whose exceptional administrative skills and practical nature ensures the product is delivered on time and is desirable for both its design and functionality.
Developed in response to Jo's frustrated efforts to find beautiful but well-priced leather handbags for her own boutique, Willow & Zac now satisfies that niche, and so much more. At a time where retailers face many challenges, they need to feel supported and understood by their suppliers.
